Cut in USA in Jack Rowland’s “Cardinal” design

Lovely deep green tourmaline with flashes of bluish green, open C axis. Small inclusions are not so apparent in hand. One does break the surface in a corner, there is an attendant small “natural” that should probably be avoided in setting.
