1.1ct Cuprian Opal, Andes Mts.

A Bewitching Blue/Green Copper Bearing Opal, cut from a 15 year old stash of best color pieces.  Generous spread for the weight at 8.7 x 6.4mm, and 3mm depth makes is a very wearable jelly bean indeed.  Excellent clarity for Peruvian Opal, one can clearly read Carribean Blue print through the gem, with only a small wisp off to one side.  Cut in the USA.  I could barely bring myself to list this beauty!
