Cut in USA in Arya Akhavan’s “Zankoku” design

Eye clean, which is quite unusual for Jeffrey Garnets. Hessonite is almost always full of “treacle” or small inclusions. This is not the case here, and the result is a fantastically bright gem in a scrumptious peach sherbert color. The Jeffrey is now closed and flooding, the prospects for future production of this material are not good 🙁
